Niyati brings 12 years of experience in investments, advisory, and portfolio management, with a strong focus on the Consumer, BFSI, and Healthcare sectors. Before joining JSW Ventures, she was part of the investments team at DSG Consumer Partners, where she was responsible for identifying, investing in, and managing the fund’s portfolio. Prior to that, Niyati served as Associate Director at NorthernArc Capital, where she managed and advised on multiple deals across the BFSI and non-FI sectors. Earlier in her career, she gained invaluable experience at Morgan Stanley and IIFL, specializing in advisory services. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Niyati graduated from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and holds a Financial Risk Management (FRM) certification from GARP. Passionate about early-stage ventures in the consumer sector, she thrives on collaborating with bold entrepreneurs tackling significant challenges with unwavering conviction. Outside work, Niyati is a globetrotter, food enthusiast, and adrenaline junkie with a love for thrilling outdoor adventures.
